Dear South Dakota Auto Dealer Dealership Tracker user,

Thank you for using The Dealership Tracker F&I system!  Please read below for some important information regarding The Dealership Tracker and some exciting new options that will be available to you.  As you have probably heard, the South Dakota Auto Dealers Association (SDADA) is currently developing their own F&I system separate of The Dealership Tracker.  Your current support for The Dealership Tracker has been through SDADA and Teri Everson and will expire at the end of your current support term with SDADA.  Please note that all dealers that have Autosoft, our seamless integration and on-going relationship with them does not change at all with this new agreement.

We are now offering a new solution that will greatly enhance your support options along with getting many new features and benefits DIRECTLY from Supreme Software.  When your current support contract expires with SDADA, you will have the option to sign up with us to directly support you and provide updates.  Once your support expires with SDADA you will not be able to use it until it is renewed.  You will be receiving a renewal form in the mail prior to your expiration date from us detailing all of your options.

With this option you will have direct contact to us for program changes and suggestions.  You can also send us your form and contract additions and changes that will automatically be available to you via the Internet updating option.  You will also have direct access to our support system and personnel.  You can do this by toll free phone support, Live Support via the Internet, fax and e-mail.

You might not know this, but you are currently part of a fast growing family of over 1,200 users of The Dealership Tracker throughout the United States.  This means that we receive a lot of great feedback and program enhancements that benefit everybody.  We are also giving you, the dealership, the option to use some of these new options or just stay with the current setup.  Even though we are a solid company with a lot of users we listen to each and every one of our users.  We have a full staff of support and sales personnel ready to take your questions. 

Some new items that are or will be added to the system are direct entry of information into DealerTrack and other websites so you don’t have to double-enter information, enhanced integration with Autosoft, automatic driver’s license scanning, VIN decoding, integrated powerful menu selling and fast credit bureau access (from any of the 3 bureaus) with great pricing.  Some of these are part of the system and others have just a small cost associated with them.  See the back of this page for more information.  If you have any questions, please call us at (877) 404-1102.
