  • April 2008 - We have upgraded our fax number to be more responsive, more powerful AND FREE to you!!  We now have a Toll-free fax number that you can use to send us minor form changes and other faxes.  Just refer to our Contact Page for more information.

  • April 2008 - Supreme Software's F&I system, The Dealership Tracker, now has over 250 plain paper forms as part of the growing forms library.  There are now over 8,000 total forms (and growing everyday) available to dealerships as part of the F&I system.  Plain paper forms are easily printed directly to a laser printer for a clean and perfectly lined up form/contract that prints the actual form and all the information on a plain piece of paper.

  • January 2008 - We have converted to a "new and improved" updating system for The Dealership Tracker.  It will now automatically check every 15 days to see if there is an update.  If it finds a newer update, it will automatically download it in the background and then ask you if you want to install it when it's finished downloading.  You will also have faster access to check for updates at anytime via the "Update Dealership Tracker" icon on your desktop or the "Update Dealership Tracker" button in the Copyright window accessed from the Main Menu of The Dealership Tracker.

  • January 2008 - First Advantage CREDCO / Supreme Software helps dealers comply with new Minnesota law.  Click here for more information or click here to sign up for this service from Supreme Software.

  • December 2007 - Another very exciting and time saving option has now been added to The Dealership TrackerThe Dealership Tracker is now directly integrated with the N.A.D.A.® Official Used Car Guide®.  With this new option you can easily update your inventory with the current N.A.D.A.® values along with having access to all the values for vehicle lookups not even in your inventory.  This would replace your current N.A.D.A.® subscription.  See more information by clicking here.

  • November 12, 2007 - Curomax integration is released to all RV users of The Dealership Tracker!  Please check this out to sign up. 

  • November 2007 - Very exciting new feature built directly into The Dealership Tracker Menu Selling!  Incorporated right in the menu is a new option that you can easily quote biweekly payments.  This is a great new menu selling tool that is a win-win for you and your customer.  All menus will reflect this new biweekly payment option along with the regular monthly payment comparison.  There is no additional charge for this but yet this will be a huge money maker for you in many ways.  See more information here.

  • October 2007 - Integration to QuickBooks™ and testing/certification started.  Watch for more information soon!  Please contact us if you are interested in this option so we can confirm that this integration will work with your dealership.

  • April 16, 2007 - All current users now have full access to our Dealership Tracker Training Series.  This is a collection of summary and detail training videos that go over all aspects of the F&I and menu selling system.  The format enables the users to pick and choose the video they want to watch at any time and to easily move around in the video.  This valuable information delivered in these videos empowers them to fully use the systems full capabilities and to be even more efficient using The Dealership Tracker.  This training series can be accessed by clicking on the What's New button on the Main Menu of The Dealership Tracker.  Then just click on the Online Training Video graphic towards the top of the page.

  • April 2, 2007 - We have now added online video demonstrations of The Dealership Tracker and the Menu Selling system.  Just click on this link to see those demos.  We are also planning on adding on-line training videos to the system in the near future.  These training videos will be broken down into sections that will go over various parts of the system in summary and in detail.  They will be great for new users of the system or current users that want to get even more benefits out of the system by fully using all of the features built into the system.

  • March 1, 2007 - Some new major features added to all versions of The Dealership Tracker:

    • Enhancement:  Lease Quote Screen - added pop-up window that will be displayed when first entering a new lease.  This new window will prompt for six basic questions regarding a normal lease along with giving you the prompts to enter Residual Factor, Lease Factor and term and mileage info.  For the majority of leases this screen will fully complete the normal lease screen (Lease Quote Screen) and you should be ready to print all related forms.

    • Enhancement:  Added to the Loan Master Screen a quick and easy way to see your Front-End profit for a deal.  There is now an amount that is displayed in the lower right of the Loan Master screen if you have a vehicle cost entered in the Recap Screen.

    • Enhancement:  Added a new button to the Customer Master Screen.  This new button is located by the Home Phone #.  When this button is clicked, it will retrieve a web page based on that home phone # with information that is available.

    • Enhancement: Aftermarket Products:  The current descriptions of Theft/Etch and Car Protection can now be customized to your dealership needs.  To change these descriptions just go back to the Main Menu and click on the Copyright button and then License/Default Information.  In the middle left part of the screen you can now change those descriptions for those those two products.  Those descriptions will then display on the Aftermarket screen and the Recap screen and printout.  

    • Enhancement:  Menu Selling:  For those dealerships that have the Menu Selling option you can now create a menu for a customer based on information from your regular Deal Screen.  So now you don't have to start a deal in the Menu Selling module.  You can actually create a deal in the regular Loan Master Screen and then click on the button in the lower left to create a menu and show the customer all the options and then move all that info back into the regular deal screen (Loan Master Screen).  Click this link for more information on our Menu Selling option.

    • Enhancement:  Export Information:  You can now easily export all of your sales/deal information to a separate file that you can send to others or use that for other purposes like a spreadsheet.  You can also now easily export all current in-stock inventory to a separate file that you can send to others like Internet listing services, etc.  These new options are in the Miscellaneous Options area and click on the "Create ASCII File" button.  Then you can select which type of export option.  It will tell you the file name and all other information you need to complete this option.

    • New Feature:  On the main deal screen (Loan Master Screen) there is now a new feature that will automatically list the last 5 deals that you have worked on.  To retrieve one of those deals, simply click on that button and it will open that deal.  You can also move your mouse over the button to see more info on that deal.

  • September 18, 2006 - CUDL integration is released to all users of The Dealership Tracker!  Please check this out to sign up. 

  • September 1, 2006 -   Supreme Software & Consulting, Inc. becomes an Associate Member of the RVDA Association to better serve our growing base of RV customers.  This association along with our previous association with Thor Credit Corporation will make our F&I software system an even better solution for all RV dealerships throughout the U.S.

  • September 1, 2006 - Added to the Approved Software Vendor List to the state of Missouri to process their required Notice of Sale Monthly reports.  This will enable all Missouri dealers to quickly and easily submit their required monthly reports to the state.

  • August 1, 2006 - Integration to CUDL enters final phases of certification.  See more information in our Integration area.

  • August 1, 2006 - New Features to be added to all versions of The Dealership Tracker

    • New Feature:  In the Report Options you can now select which reports you would like displayed when you go into that screen.  Just click on the column towards the right of each report that you "Don't want to Show Next Time" you go into that screen.  You can always see all the reports, even the ones you have clicked by clicking on the Show All Reports button in the bottom right of the screen.

    • New Feature:  On the Aftermarket Screen there is now an option for you to enter the Service Contract Months, Miles and Type or Warranty ID.  This information will be saved for that deal and always accessible in the future.

    • New Feature:  There is now an option to manually override the calculation for Credit Life and A&H.  This would be used if you have a premium that your insurance company has given you that you want to simply enter instead of having the system calculate it for you.  To do this simply click on the Credit Life and/or A&H amounts on your Loan Master Screen.  In the middle right of the next window you will see the option to Override Calc.  Just click on that option and you can then enter the dollar amount's.  Make sure you have selected the correct Credit Life and/or A&H type towards the left of the amounts.  You will also notice that the system will save your selection but in most cases it will not reflect the EXACT amount that you enter.  This is because the system is calculating out the entire deal/financing/payment/etc and rounding the amounts.

  • July 10, 2006 - New Live Support/Chat option on this website to quickly give customers and other interested users easy one-click access to ask questions via an "Internet chat" type dialog option directly with our support team.  This can be found on our main web page, any update page and also right here.   If it says "Online", that means there is somebody available to take your question.  If it says "Offline", that means that everyone is currently busy or away from their system.

  • June 1, 2006 - RouteOne integration is released to all users of The Dealership Tracker!  Please check this out to sign up.  Also see the official press release.

  • June 1, 2006 - Supreme Software will be at the annual SDADA Convention in Pierre, SD.  Come check it out!

  • January 1, 2006 - All Chrysler dealers in all states now have access to the new/revised Chrysler retail and lease contracts.  Along with those forms all states that have the new Verify Insurance form are also updated.

  • September 1, 2005 - All current and future users of The Dealership Tracker should upgrade to a current operating system on your computers for future updates to properly operate.  Current versions would include all versions of Windows 2000 and XP.  Current versions do NOT include Windows 98 or Me systems.  These should be upgraded before January 1, 2006 when these new versions of The Dealership Tracker will be released.  Refer to Microsoft's website for more information.
